Think Brewing Launching This Week in New Brunswick

HARVEY, NBThe Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that a new brewery in rural New Brunswick will be releasing its first beers later this week.

Think Brewing has been established by Scott and Denise MacLean in a 150-year-old barn on their property in Harvey, a village approximately 35 km southwest of Fredericton.

Brewing on a 1 barrel system, the couple will be launching Think with two core brands – Revelation IPA (6.5% abv, 65 IBU), and Eureka ESB (5.9% abv, 40 IBU). Both are expected to be on tap at the James Joyce in Fredericton this weekend, and Think beers will also be served at The Lougheed Pub in Harvey Station when it reopens after ongoing renovations.
