TORONTO, ON – Rainhard Brewing has announced the release of the latest beer in its Revolution Series, an imprint for the brewery to release “premium one-offs and experimentations.”
Revolution Series #3 is a Dry-Hopped Sour Saison described as follows:
Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, kettle soured with a culture of 7 different Lactobacillus strains, fermented with a traditional Belgian Saison yeast to 4.7% ABV, finished with Brettonomyces and dry-hopped with Citra. Aromas of fresh citrus and phenolic saison character give way to a balanced acidity, dry body and complex flavour profile showcasing sweet stone fruit, floral notes and slight touch of funk.
The new beer is available on tap and in bottles at the Rainhard taproom and store while supplies last.
