AMHERSTBURG, ON – A rural Ontario brewery announced in late 2015 as a farm-based project will be launching today, albeit with a change to its initially planned location.
Lonsbery Farms Brewing is being founded by Karl Lonsbery, who had originally intended to establish the brewery on his family-owned farm in the small southwestern Ontario community of Harrow, but has instead set up operations in the Wolfhead Distillery & Restaurant facility at 7781 Howard Avenue in nearby Amherstburg.
Lonsbery Farms beer is on tap starting today (February 17th) in the Wolfhead Restaurant, with on-site retail sales planned to start soon. For more details, see the Lonsbery Farms Facebook page.
