Winterlong Releasing Divine Intervention Barrel-Aged Tripel

WHITEHORSE, YK – Winterlong Brewing has announced details of its newest limited edition beer, which is bring released this weekend.

Divine Intervention is a Belgian-style Tripel that has been aged in barrels from Port Chilkoot Distillery in Haines, Alaska. It’s described as follows:

This beer is a miraculously smooth, complex golden ale. The overall sweetness of the beer is complimented by prominent notes of oak and whiskey. It packs a heavenly punch at 11.5% ABV, courtesy of the whiskey barrels that it has been ageing in for nearly four months.

Divine Intervention will be available tomorrow (March 11th) in a limited run of 650 bottles at the Winterlong retail store.
