TORONTO, ON – Henderson Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with mixology specialists The Martini Club that they are calling “Canada’s first cocktail beer.”
Old Fashioned Premium Rye Ale was designed to be “a carefully crafted ode to the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, paying homage with silky spiced rye, and hints of citrus and bitters, perfectly balanced with warm oaky notes.”
The new brew is being launched tomorrow (March 23rd) with an event at the Dominion Pub and Kitchen (500 Queen St. E., Toronto) featuring a Henderson tap takeover, beer and food pairings, a live DJ, and prize giveaways. See the Facebook event listing for more details.
Following the launch party, Old Fashioned Premium Rye Ale will be available in 650 ml bottles at the Henderson retail store and LCBO locations in the GTA. It will also be on tap at the brewery taproom and select bars and restaurants while supplies last.
