Rorschach Brewing Now Open in East Toronto

TORONTO, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that Rorschach Brewing has opened for business in Toronto’s east end.

As originally reported last autumn, Rorschach has been founded by partners Matthew Reiner, Mohan Pandit, Chris Ristevski and Ben Ragan, with Reiner serving as brewmaster based on his eight years of homebrewing experience.

Located at 1001 Eastern Ave. on the western edge of Woodbine Park, the brewpub features a 10 barrel brewhouse where Reiner is producing “craft beers that are complex and flavourful but also highly drinkable.”

According to the OBN report, Rorschach beers currently available on tap include “table saison, pale ale, provisional saison, IPA, and coffee oatmeal stout.” A tapas-style food menu with dishes that are intended to pair well with the beers is also available.

Rorschach Brewing is open from 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight daily. For more details, see the brewery’s websiteTwitter feed and Facebook page.
