ABBOTSFORD, BC – Ravens Brewing has announced details of a unique new collaboration with Steel & Oak Brewing.
Ravens X Steel & Oak Graff is a 6% abv and 20 IBU beer/cider hybrid that is described as follows:
Initially brewed as a beer, it then undergoes a secondary fermentation with the addition of unfiltered Apple Juice or ‘Must’, sourced right here in Abbotsford. Heavily dry-hopped with Jarrylo and Mosaic, our Graff is crisp and dry, with a big juicy bouquet of pear, apple, tangerine and stonefruit.
The collaborative Graff will be released tomorrow (March 31st) in a limited run of 650 ml bottles available at both breweries while supplies last.
