KELOWNA, BC – Tree Brewing has announced the upcoming addition of a new session-friendly beer to its year round brand line-up.
Amigo Mexican Amber Lager is a 4% abv and 22 IBU lager that is “brewed to be light in body, with a copper-orange/red colour, [and] a pleasant malt aroma [that] carries this easy drinking beer to a subtle hop finish.”
Amigo will make a preview appearance at the Fest of Ale in Penticton this coming weekend, and will be available on May 1st at select retailers throughout British Columbia. A Cinco de Mayo themed release party will follow on Friday May 5th at the Tree Brewing Beer Institute in Kelowna.
