Contest: Win Tickets to Brewers Plate Toronto 2017

TORONTO, ON – The 10th anniversary edition of Brewers Plate Toronto – an annual charity event that brings together top chefs and craft brewers in a celebration of local and sustainable food and drink – is happening later this week, and Canadian Beer News has a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky reader.

Taking place Thursday May 4th 2017 at Corus Quay (25 Dockside Drive, Toronto), this year’s edition will support War Child Canada, and will feature beer and other beverages from local producers being served alongside gourmet food from some of Toronto’s best restaurants.

In keeping with the #RockThePlate theme, attendees are encouraged to wear their favourite concert or band t-shirt, and Ian D’Sa of Billy Talent will be spinning a celebrity DJ set. The evening will also include a silent auction and raffle to raise additional funds for War Child.

For a chance to win a pair of tickets to Brewers Plate, follow @cdnbeernews on Twitter and post the following to your feed:

Non-tweeters can enter by emailing giveaway@canadianbeernews.com with the name of the band whose shirt you’d wear to the event if you win the tickets.

The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday May 3rd. Only one entry allowed per person, and both winner and guest must be 19 years of age or older.

For those who don’t win the contest – or would prefer to buy now rather than taking a gamble on missing out – advance tickets are available online for $90 (plus taxes/fees), which includes admission and unlimited food and drink samples.
