VANCOUVER, BC – Faculty Brewing has announce the release of its very first lager.
105 Patagonia Lager is a 5.5% abv and 26 IBU lager brewed in collaboration with Finlay Danaher from brewing supply company BSG, importers of the Patagonian Pilsner malt from Chile that was used in the recipe. Other ingredients include “a bit of wheat to help with head retention” and Magnum and Saaz hops, with the result being a “light, crisp lager [that is] just what the doctor ordered for this time of year.”
105 Patagonia Lager is available now in for glasses and growler fills in the Faculty taproom.
