LONDON, ON – London Brewing Co-operative has announced the release of a new beer that celebrates the brewery’s continuing efforts to source as many local and organic ingredients as possible.
Newdale IPA is described as “a great tasting IPA featuring organic Newdale Barley grown and malted in Southwestern Ontario, [and] locally grown magnum, cascade, crystal, and chinook hops.”
The new beer will be launching tomorrow (Friday June 9th) at 6:00 PM at the brewery, with Mike Driscoll of Harvest Hop and Malt on hand to “discuss how malting works, why buying local is important, and the excitement of building your own maltery.”
For more details, see the Facebook event listing for the launch.
