Junction Craft Brewing & 100 Who Care Launch Caribru Charity Beer

TORONTO, ONJunction Craft Brewing and charity fundraising organization 100 Who Care have announced the launch of a new beer that will help raise money to go toward the group’s supported charities.

100 Who Care was formed in May 2014 as 100 Guys Who Care, with the following mission:

Our mission was simple: bring together 100-plus guys who care about local community causes and are committed to helping them out. Four times a year, we met for an hour and jointly voted for a local charity. We each donated $100 to the selected charity making it a $10,000 or more total donation from the group.

Now merged with the similarly focused 100 Women Who Care into a single co-ed group, they continute to hold events to donate funds to the selected charities.

With the help of Junction, the organization is now releasing Caribru Mango IPA, with a portion of all sales going toward the 100 Who Care group donations.

Caribru will be officially launched tonight (June 14th) at The Rivoli Pool Hall in Toronto. The beer will also be available for growler fills at the Bank St. LCBO in Ottawa from June 29th to July 6th.
