GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the return of a collaborative seasonal beer for summer.
Coriolis Effect is a 3.5% abv kettle-soured Berliner Weiss created in collaboration with Toronto craft beer bar Bar Hop, and is described as follows:
We all make choices and often those choices define who we are. Should we continue moving forward and stay with the status quo or should we turn in a different direction and strike out on our own? Together with our good friends at Bar Hop, we chose to move in a different direction. We elected to steer clear of the mundane and turn towards the obscure. The Coriolis Effect is an old world, traditional German-style Berliner Weiss, brewed with new world techniques. Coriolis Effect will be available until September in 473 ml cans at the Sawdust City retail store and LCBO outlets, and on draught at select beer bars in Ontario.
