GRAVENHURST, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a three-way collaboration between Block 3 Brewing, Stack Brewing, and Sawdust City Brewing will be released soon.
Flotter Dreier (German for “Threesome”) is a 3.5% abv Pink Guava Berliner Weisse that was brewed and matured in an oak foeder at Block 3, moved to Stack and aged in wine barrels for 2 months, and finally transferred to Sawdust City where guava was added before it was canned and conditioned further.
A limited run of 473 ml cans will be available exclusively at Sawdust City starting July 1st, the same day that the brewery is hosting its annual Funkfest sour and wild beer festival.
