OTTAWA, ON – Waller St. Brewing has announced the release of a beer created in collaboration with Brasserie du Bas-Canada, a brewery that will be opening a bricks-and-mortar location soon in Gatineau.
French Connection is a 4.7 % abv and 20 IBU grisette described as follows:
Our interpretation of this Belgian saison style respects the light, refreshing purpose of this style of beer. It is brewed with European hops along with French and Belgian yeast. Blonde and cloudy the grisette finishes off dry, perfect for the summer heat. The compliment of yeast and hops give French Connection pleasant spice notes and an herbal aroma.
French Connection will be released on Sunday June 25th at Waller St. Brewing, where it will be available on tap and in 750 ml bottles while supplies last. For more details, see the Facebook event listing.
