SHAKESPEARE, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a small village named after the world’s most famous dramatist will soon be home to a namesake craft brewery.
Shakespeare Brewing is being established by Ayden Gautreau and Katie Anderson in Shakespeare, a community near Stratford in Ontario’s Perth County.
Located in a former garage at 2178 Line 34, the brewery will offer a variety of beers developed by Gautreau – formerly assistant brewer at Bell City Brewing – and will feature a bottle shop for take-home sales.
Shakespeare Brewing is scheduled to open on Saturday July 15th. For more details, see the brewery’s Facebook page.
