CORBYVILLE, ON – Nearly a month after its originally announced opening had to be postponed for the completion of construction, Signal Brewery has confirmed a new opening date, just after giving an advance taste of its beers to attendees at a local community event.
Three brands – Wave Pale Ale, Byte IPA, and Ohm Altbier – made their public debut this past weekend at the Belleville Waterfront Festival, where Signal was featured alongside several other local breweries in the craft beer garden.
Signal’s official launch is set to take place on Sunday July 23rd with an opening party at the brewery, located in the former Corby Distillery complex at 87 River Road in Corbyville. The festivities will kick off at 5:00 PM, and will feature beer, food, and a live performance by KC Roberts & the Live Revolution.
