OTTAWA, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a new contract brewing operation has released its first beer in the Ottawa area.
Walsh Wiltshire Brewing has been founded by Jeffrey J. Walsh with a mission to offer “premium, high quality beer that is both delicious and appealing to a wide variety of craft and mainstream beer consumers.”
The first brand from the company is The Provincial Territory Series Ale Hybrid, a 5% abv beer being brewed at Forked River Brewing in London, and described as “a clean, crisp, sessionable beer that is easy to drink and makes you want to dip your toes into the craft beer pool.”
The new beer is being distributed now in 473 ml cans to bars and restaurants in Ottawa and surrounding area.
