BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing has announced the upcoming release of a series of fruit-flavoured versions of Über, a Berliner-style sour wheat ale that is usually only available in original and Raspberry Über versions.
The limited edition series will start this Friday August 18th with the release of Cherry Über in bottles at the Nickel Brook retail store in Burlington, followed by draught at select bars next week.
The next two installments – Yellow Plum Über and Apricot Über – will follow with a bottle release on September 1st and draught on September 5th. Three further variations – Blue Plum Über, Nectarine Über, and Peach Über – will be available later in September, with exact dates to be announced. All have been brewed using fresh local fruit from Sunnydale Farms.
