This classic Belgian-style Witbier has a soft and bready malt flavour from ample amounts of flaked wheat and oats. The beer is spiced in the kettle with bitter orange peel and coriander to add a citrusy flavour and aroma. The Belgian yeast adds another layer of fruity and spicey character that makes for a complex, yet light and refreshing summer beer.
Beach Fire Witbier is available now on tap and in growlers at the brewery and taproom.
