Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week Announced for October

VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver’s North Shore Tourism Association has announced that the inaugural edition of Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week (VNSCBW) will be taking place on October 6th to 13th at breweries and venues throughout the area.

The week of festivities will celebrate the fact that the North Shore was home to Canada’s first modern microbrewery, Horseshoe Bay Brewery, and now features five craft breweries – Beere Brewing, Black Kettle Brewing, Bridge Brewing, Deep Cove Brewers and Distillers, and Hearthstone Brewery – with more on the way.

In addition to enjoying “cask nights, guided tours, live music, Brewmaster’s Dinners” and other events, attendees are encouraged to pick up or download a VNSCBW Passport which will be stamped at participating breweries. Completed passports can then be entered into a draw for various prizes including hotel stays, Capilano Suspension Bridge passes, filled growlers, and more.

For more details, see the VNSCBW website.
