Tanner & Co. Brewing Opening This Weekend in Lunenburg County

CHESTER BASIN, NS – Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that a new brewery announced back in June will be opening this weekend in the village of Chester Basin in Nova Scotia’s Lunenburg County.

Tanner & Co. Brewing has been founded by homebrewer and sommelier Dan Tanner and partner Peggy Locke. It features at 350 litre brewhouse with two fermenters and one brite tank that Tanner is using to create a variety of small batch beers.

For this weekend’s launch, there will be six beers available in 750 ml swing-top bottles and 1.89 litre growlers including American Pale Ale, Belgian Blonde, Imperial Milk Stout with Masala Chai, Lemon Lavender Saison, Dampfbier, and Roggenbier.

Tanner & Co. Brewing is located at 50 Angus Hiltz Road in Chester Basin. Business hours this weekend will be 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
