TORONTO, ON – Bandit Brewery has announced the release of a new variation on one of its core brands as an autumn seasonal beer.
Lambicus Farmed & Dangerous is an altered version of Farmed & Dangerous Saison that has been fermented with brettanomyces lambicus yeast, and is described as follows:
Our Farmed & Dangerous is brewed exclusively with saccharomyces cervisiae, what is considered to be the “regular yeast”, which provides a clean and spicy flavour. Adding brettanomyces lambicus, a brett yeast strain with intense barnyard and smokey flavours, brings another dimension and depth to this beer, making it earthier, leathery and slightly fruity. Some might even say its “funky” or “dirty”, and they would be completely right!
Lambicus Farmed & Dangerous is available now in the Bandit taproom and bottle shop while supplies last.
