Dominion City Releases Provincial Single-Farm IPA in Cans

OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced a beer that is “reflective of the land and the people that made it possible” is now available in cans for the first time.

Provincial Single-Farm IPA (7% abv) is brewing using Cascade and Chinook hops sourced from a single hop farm in the Ottawa region for each batch. The current release is described as follows:

We love the idea that each batch (and by extension each farm) showcases something unique about the soil, elevation and growing conditions of the ingredients that wind up in your glass. This batch features hops from Houblonnière Lupuline in Chapeau, QC about 90 minutes from the brewery. This classic take on a full-flavoured IPA showcases massive orange and citrus fruit aroma with a clean, crisp and mildly spicy grain character.

Provincial Single-Farm IPA is available now in 473 ml cans at the brewery store. It can also be ordered for delivery within Ontario via the Dominion City website.
