Beau’s Announces Return of New Lang Syne Holiday Ale

VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing has announced the return of a beer that is described as the “craft beer lover’s perfect choice for New Year’s Eve, or any holiday celebrations with friends and family.”

New Lang Syne (9% abv, 33 IBU) is a Belgian-style Tripel aged in white wine barrels, with the following tasting notes:

First impressions are of lemon zest, as well as papaya and tropical fruits. White wine character harmonizes with firm tannins. French and German hop varieties provide suitable balance. A bright, sparkling mouthfeel leads into a finish that is distinctively fruity, with subtle peppery notes.

The 2017 vintage of New Lang Syne will be released on November 9th, and will be available in 750 ml corked bottles at the Beau’s brewery store and select retail locations in Ontario and Quebec. Distribution to British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Newfoundland will follow in coming weeks.
