FREDERICTON, NB – The Guardian reports that the Murphy Hospitality Group (MHG) will be opening a location of its Gahan House brewpub chain in Fredericton, New Brunswick in early 2018.
Joining the original Charlottetown location, the first spin-off on the Halifax waterfront, and the recently opened Gahan House Port City in Saint John, Gahan House Fredericton will be located at 426 Queen Street, currently home to Vault 29 Grill & Bar which MHG has purchased effective January 1st.
The announcement from MHG indicates that the Fredericton location will feature “a 120 seat dining room, two seasonal outdoor patios, an oyster bar, and a 5 barrel DME brewing system.”
Gahan House Fredericton is planned to open in March 2018. A fifth location in Moncton – originally announced last summer – is expected to follow later in the year.
