TORONTO, ON – The Craft Beer Passport has announced the launch of a new series of collaborative beers that will be available exclusively at select Toronto bars participating in the CBP discount program.
Shadow Saison with Blackcurrant (8% abv) was brewed at Shacklands Brewing, and is described as follows:
Pouring a mahogany to garnet colour with a slight purple hue, this dark Saison with blackcurrant has a dark fruit nose with a sweet biscuit aroma, such as graham cracker. With a low hop impact, this beer tastes like a blackcurrant filled slice of chocolate cake!
Shadow Saison with Blackcurrant will be on tap starting tomorrow (December 8th) for a limited time at Shacklands, Farside, Page One, Provo Food Bar, Relish, and The Dylan Bar. CBP collaborations with other local breweries will follow in coming months.
