Let’s start by creating a delicious base with a rich backbone by mixing Maris Otter male with Munich malt. Next up is some rye, adding a complexity with a slightly spice undertone. Wrap it up with a toffee and roast chocolate bow. With slight alcohol warmth, the Winter Rye is our gift to you. Share it with friends whenever you get together, or enjoy with your feet up on a frigid winter night.
Winter Rye is available now in 946 ml crowlers at the brewery retail store and the Sober Island table at the Truro and New Glasgow Farmers’ Markets.
