PERTH, ON – A brewery planned for the Eastern Ontario town of Perth has announced where it will be located when it opens next year.
Weatherhead Brew Co. is being founded by three local couples – Tyler & Jaana Brett, Dan & Mary-Catherine Allatt, Andrew & Kelly James – along with brewmaster Hugh Colbert, and will be situated at the corner of Wilson St. W. and Welland St.
As reported by Inside Ottawa Valley, representatives from Weatherhead made a presentation at a recent tourism summit, and indicated that they hope to be open by the summer of 2018. The facility is planned to include a brewery, taproom, and a kitchen serving tapas-style sharing plates to pair with the beers.
