WHITEHORSE, YK – Winterlong Brewing has announced details of several new and returning beers that will be released this month.
Released yesterday (January 8th) was a new batch of Surfer Gose (4.2% abv), a “gose-style beer [that] is super refreshing with a lemon-like tartness and mild saltiness.”
Due out later this week is a German Pilsner, the brewery’s first ever lager. And coming at the end of the month is a trio of dark ales, including annual return of Imperial Stouts Erebus and Terror, and a new batch of Firebean Rye Coffee Porter.
Winterlong has also announced the departure of head brewer Matt Waugh, who has launched Deep Dark Wood Brewing, where he will be concentrating on wild and sour ales. Watch for more details on this new brewery to be posted here on CBN soon.
