VANCOUVER, BC – Parallel 49 Brewing has announced the release of a new beer that is “something that’s worth breaking your resolution for.”
Broken Resolution Cherry Baltic Porter (8.5% abv, 25 IBU) is described as follows:
A cool-fermented Porter, historically a Baltic version of an English Porter. Chocolate, plum, and dark fruit esters pair with a bright tart cherry flavour, complemented nicely by roasted, dark malt flavour.
Broken Resolution is available now at Parallel 49, and soon at select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
