Cameron’s Brewing Releases Forager Wild Ale

OAKVILLE, ON – Cameron’s Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition draught-only beer that is intended to “bring the flavours of the fields to your glass.”

Forager Wild Ale (4.6% abv, 21 IBU) is described as follows:

Aged for 10 months in a 3000 litre oak foeder, Forager is crafted with a light body of wheat and Canadian malt, allowing brettanomyces and lactobacillus yeasts to come to life. Hand-foraged dandelion, ethically harvested bee pollen and layers of light rosehips and rose petals give it an understated character. The rare Barbe Rouge hops build on the red floral notes given by the rosehips and deliver a touch of red berry tones throughout. Light and refreshing, Forager is delicately sour with subtle tones of lemon and a nose that reminds you of the wildness of the fields.

Forager is available now for growler fills at the Cameron’s retail store, and on tap at select craft beer bars and restaurants in Ontario.
