SASKATOON, SK – 21st Street Brewery has announced the release of the first in its Funk Series of wild yeast beers.
Brett Pale Ale is described as follows:
Since March last year, we’ve had an oatmeal pale ale, brewed with organic citra hops, sitting in a couple of barrels loaded with Brettanomyces. We think the result is pretty spectacular. If you’re a fan of bright, juicy pale ales with plenty of hops and a wonderful leathery brett nose and flavour, this is going to knock your socks off.
Brett Pale Ale is available now exclusively on tap at Winston’s Pub (243 21st St. E., Saskatoon) while supplies last.
