DELTA, BC – Four Winds Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its Brewery Only Release series of limited edition beers.
Schwarzbier (5.2% abv, 18 IBU) is described as follows:
Our take on this German-style brew shares both the lighter qualities of a lager and the darker characteristics of a porter or a stout. Subtle hints of chocolate and coffee from our roasted malt are lifted by the clean and crisp qualities brought on by the use of our lager yeast.
Schwarzbier is available now in four-packs of 473 ml cans and on tap at Four Winds while supplies last.
