Gin Mill Gastropub Opening in Toronto Tomorrow, Planning Brewing Program

TORONTO, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that a new gastropub opening tomorrow (February 9th) in Toronto’s Bloor West Village neighbourhood has plans to soon offer small batch beers brewed on-site.

Gin Mill is located at 2202 Bloor Street West (previously The Yellow Griffin Pub), and will feature 24 taps pouring an always rotating selection of beer from independent Ontario craft breweries, alongside a food menu of pub and bistro favourites.

The venue also includes a pilot brewing system that will be used for an in-house beer program that is described as follows:

Dubbed The GIN MILL X Program, we’ll soon be brewing beers with some of our absolute favourite Brewmasters from across the province. Expect some very out of the ordinary ales available in the weeks to come. We’ll only be brewing fifty litres at a time so be sure to check our social to see when we’ll be tapping a new keg!
