TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced that the release of Barn Owl #13 sour ale originally planned for this weekend has been postponed.
As noted in the announcement, “Barrel aged beers like to dance to the beat of their own drum, and they condition at different rates, so we caught some bottles in our final rounds of QC this week that need a bit more time.” The new release date will be announced once its confirmed.
As a “consolatory gesture/effort to keep our word about 6 releases this month,” the brewery will be bringing back Hellwoods Imperial Stout next weekend (Saturday February 17th). And today (February 9th) sees fresh bottles of Paper Tiger Dry-Hopped Pilsner and Runes IPA in both Bellwoods retail shops.
