PENTICTON, BC – Cannery Brewing has announced the return of a seasonal release in its Artisan Creations Series, an selection of beers inspired by works of art that are incorporated into the label design.
Baltic Porter (8% abv, 40 IBU) is described as follows:
This classic Baltic Porter is brewed with traditional German malts and noble hops. Its sweet roasted flavour combined with a spark of dark fruit embraces the warmth of the alcohol. Its dark lager characteristics allow a rich, velvet smoothness to blast through to the finish.
The label features a photo of Kiek in de Kök, a cannon tower in Tallinn, Estonia, and has been designed by Kaarel and Dan Mikkin of the agency Brand Manual, which is based in the same city.
Baltic Porter is available now on tap and in 650 ml bottles at the brewery, and in bottles at select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
