Roof Hound Brewing Releases Reformulated Version of Big Stink IPA

HILLGROVE, NS – The Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that Roof Hound Brewing has made some improvements to a beer that took a gold medal at last year’s Atlantic Canadian Beer Awards.

According to ACCB, Roof Hound’s Big Stink IPA has been altered as follows:

Taking in comments from the judges, they made several procedural changes – including a new carbonation technique – along with some slight recipe adjustments (decreasing the amount of specialty grains), and one “big, bold change” that they’re keeping a secret. It’s still hopped heavily with Mosaic and Columbus, but the brewery is confident that Big Stink 2.0 is better than ever, yet still recognizable to fans of the original.

The new version of Big Stink is rolling out now, and will be available on draught and in bottles wherever Roof Hound brands are sold.
