Bridge Brewing Taproom Series Continues with Rapunzel Pilsner

NORTH VANCOUVER, BC – Bring Your Porter to the Slaughter reports that Bridge Brewing has released the latest in its series of taproom-exclusive limited edition beers.

Rapunzel Dry-Hopped German Pilsner (5% abv, 38 IBU) is described as follows:

Rapunzel was brewed with high quality Pilsen and Vienna malts, Noble hops (Hallertau Perle, Hallertau Mittlefruh), and fermented on a clean, classic yeast strain. We let the beer ferment at 10 degrees Celsius for 3 weeks, dryhopped with Mittlefruh, and lagered for an additional 4 weeks.

Rapunzel is available now in 650 ml bottles and on draught in the Bridge Brewing taproom while supplies last.
