303 Lansdowne Launching Brewing Program & Rebranding as Lot 30 Brewers

TORONTO, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that a long-planned brewery in Toronto’s Brockton Village neighbourhood will finally be operating soon, although under a different name than originally announced.

Lot 30 Brewers will be located at 303 Lansdowne Ave., an address that is currently home to a craft beer bar that opened in 2015 as Lansdowne Brewery, but never started producing its own beer due to licensing issues.

Known as 303 Lansdowne since it reopened late last year after a short closure, the bar now has all approvals necessary to start brewing, and has brought in brewmaster Anderson Sant’anna de Lima who has worked at a number of American breweries and brewpubs to oversee production.

According to owner Darrin Earley, Lot 30’s beer line-up with include “sours, IPAs, and a mix of classic European styles.” House brewed beers will be featured on 8 of the bar’s taps, and will also be available in cans to go.

The official switch over to the Lot 30 name and concept is scheduled to take place on Friday May 4th. For more details, see the full OBN article, and watch the 303 Lansdowne Facebook page for future updates.
