TORONTO, ON – Rainhard Brewing has announced details of this year’s edition of an anticipated annual seasonal.
The 2018 version of Hop Cone Syndrome DIPA (8.5% abv, 100 IBU) is described as follows:
This smooth and highly drinkable DIPA features a new crop of hops (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial). Less bitter than previous years, and more fruit forward in flavor and aroma with a touch of Honey Malt added to balance out this beer. Super smooth, semi-hazy, and more traditional in the DIPA category.
Hop Cone Syndrome will be available on tap and in bottles starting at 12:00 noon today (March 23rd) in the Rainhard taproom and retail store.
