SURREY, BC – Central City Brewers has announced the release of a new spring and summer seasonal under its Red Racer brand.
Red Racer Lime Margarita Gose (4.5% abv) is described as follows:
The gose style is known for its unique flavour profile and has been rediscovered by craft beer enthusiasts. For our Lime Margarita Gose we’ve added lime juice for some extra citrus tartness. A splash of tequila helps evoke the margarita itself and sea salt finishes the package, making us think of the salted rim on the margarita glass.
Lime Margarita Gose is on tap now at Central City’s brewery and both brewpubs, and bottles will be available at select liquor stores in BC and Alberta starting in April.
