Muddy York Brewing Releases Alias Brewing Collaboration & Two New Cans

TORONTO, ON – Muddy York Brewing has announced the release of a trio of beers for the long weekend, including two new short cans, and a special collaboration brew.

Brewer’s Bockyard Maibock (7% abv, 30 IBU) was brewed in collaboration with Alias Brewing, the label used by Cass Enright for beers created especially for Brewer’s Backyard, the family-friendly beer event series that he presents at Toronto’s Evergreen Brickworks on select holiday and weekend afternoons throughout the year. Pouring at today’s “Great Friday” edition of the series, and also available on tap and in bottles at Muddy York, the beer is described as “a malt-forward lager, with rich toasty malts, light, peppery notes from the hops, and a clean, well-attenuated, dry finish.”

Also newly available in the brewery retail store are 355 ml cans of the brand new Cervisia Saison (5.8% abv, 25 IBU), and the returning favourite Haberdasher Hefeweizen (5.2% abv, 15 IBU).
