TORONTO, ON – Amsterdam Brewery has announced the upcoming release of a beer brewed in collaboration with lawyer and beer historian Gary Gillman.
AK English Bitter (5.2% abv, 35 IBU) is a recreation of a circa 1870 UK ale recipe that has been brewed using floor malted Maris Otter malt and UK-grown full leaf hops.
AK English Bitter will be released this Friday April 6th, and will be available in 473 ml cans at both Amsterdam retail stores, and on tap at the Amsterdam Brewhouse and Barrel House locations.
