This beer was aged on freshly pressed Pearl Morissette riesling skins for 30 days in one of our stainless fermenters then transferred to neutral oak barrels for 1 year before being bottle conditioned for 6 months! Drinks like a Basque cider riesling pet-nat.
Saison du Must II is available now at the Burdock retail store for $9 per 375 ml bottle while supplies last.
