RICHMOND, BC – Bring Your Porter to the Slaughter reports that Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks is about to release a new limited edition beer created in collaboration with Four Winds Brewing.
Zen Yuzu Berliner Weisse (3.5% abv) is described as follows:
Loaded with real Yuzu citrus direct from Japan, this delicately tart Berliner Weisse is super refreshing and it’s lower ABV makes it easy to have a few in the sun! If you’ve never tried Yuzu before, it’s a very unique citrus that’s hard to describe but Dan says it’s “almost in between a lime, lemon, and an orange”.
Zen will be officially launched this Thursday April 19th at Darby’s Pub in Kitsilano, and bottles and growler fills will be available at Fuggles & Warlock starting on Friday April 20th.
