TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced release details for a new limited edition beer that was brewed last month when the team from Thin Man Brewery in Buffalo came up for a visit.
Brewers Cheese (8% abv) is described as follows:
This Double IPA [was] brewed with loads of lactose sugar, and heavily hopped with Mosaic and Motueka. The name is vaguely inspired by the lactose brand we used in the brew (Brewster Cheese, from Brewster OH). This fluffy orange hop bomb is soft on the palate, with juicy notes of sweet peach, melon and lime.
Brewers Cheese will go on sale tomorrow (April 21st) in 500 ml bottles at both Bellwoods retail stores, with 1000 bottles available at each location.
