WINDSOR, NS – Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that Schoolhouse Brewery is about to release a canned version of one of its flagship beers.
Principal Ale (4.5%) is a pale ale described as having “lots of hop flavour and aroma without overdoing hop bitterness.” Usually available in 650 ml bottles, a recent batch was packaged in 473 ml cans with the assistance of mobile canning company Craft Coast Canning.
Cans of Schoolhouse Principal Ale will be available at the brewery starting today, and later this month at NSLC locations throughout Nova Scotia.
