TORONTO, ON – A beer bar on the Danforth in East Toronto has announced the release of its first in-house brewed beer.
As reported by Ontario Beverage Network, The Dylan Bar has kicked off its brewing program with Chaos Theory, a kiwi and mango gose brewed in collaboration with Katalyst Brewing. It’s described as “super juicy, a little sour, and easy drinking.”
OBN notes that Mark Verok of Katalyst provided the pilot system that is currently being used to brew, but a permanent system is being sourced for future use.
For more details, see the Instagram post announcing the beer, and the full OBN article.
