ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of two sour ales, one a brand new offering, and the other returning from an earlier appearance.
Medusa Dry-Hopped Lime Sour (6.5% abv, 10 IBU) is a new single batch release described as follows:
This golden sour ale was conditioned on fresh lime zest and juice, then dry-hopped with medusa hops giving notes of guava, melon, apricot, and citrus. Pairs well with tacos!
Dark Sour (10% abv, 0 IBU) was previously available as part of a dark vs. light sour series, and has the following notes:
Drenched in juicy local blueberries and deep purple blackberries, we embrace the changing of the light and the moments that dusk brings with it; self reflection, deep conversation, and crackling fires.
Both beers are available now at Field House in 650 ml bottles and on tap while supplies last.
